.UA TLD domain names registration

Imena.UA first in Ukraine presents a new service - .UA TLD domain names registration. Domains firm.ua, brand.ua, office.ua are available for Ukrainian business!

Registration features:

Under current .UA domain Policy, domain names like firm.ua are delegated only to proper owners of trademarks. Thus, to obtain .UA domain name you must have:

1. Trademark certificate issued according to Madrid System for the International Registration of Marks acting in Ukraine (abbreviation "UA" must be in the field 831 DESIGNATIONS);
2. The Certificate of Ukraine for the trademark or service mark issued by the central executive authority dealing with issues of legal protection of intellectual property. How does The Certificate look likeпїЅпїЅпїЅ;
   
3. Agreement on transfer of trademark ownership authority (if the registrant is not a certificate owner).

Other required documents will be collected with assistance of Imena.UA managers during the registration process.
